What to include
Include the page address, map name, browser and exact steps. For geographic issues, provide a reliable source and the date of the change. For export issues, mention the format, dimensions and whether the preview looked correct.
Keep private data out
Do not include passwords, account recovery keys or confidential spreadsheet values. A small example with fictional values is usually enough to reproduce an import or rendering issue.
Support availability
Reports are stored securely for review by the site operator. We do not collect a reply address, so reports do not receive individual email replies. There is no guaranteed response time.
