Help with the editor or an export
Include the page address, map name, browser, device and the steps that led to the problem. For video or image exports, mention the format and dimensions. A small example using fictional data is usually enough. Check the map-making guides for instructions, or use the issue-report form if you do not need an email reply.
Accounts and privacy requests
For a question about your account or a request to access or delete account data, describe the request and the account email. We may need to confirm ownership before acting. Never send passwords, recovery codes, Airtable tokens or confidential project data. Read our privacy policy for details about data handling.
Map corrections and licensing
For a boundary or name correction, include the affected dataset, a reliable source and the relevant date. Our maps use generalised reference data; see sources and licences before using them for official or time-sensitive work. You can also contact us about rights or attribution concerns.
Business enquiries and response times
Use the same address for partnerships and other business questions. This is an independently operated service, so a specific reply time is not guaranteed. Messages sent to this address are forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator’s Gmail inbox.
